Our Process

What to Expect When Contacting Us

At Level Check Foundation Repair, we are passionate about our work and developing good connections with our customers. Our goal is to ensure the foundation repair process is easy, affordable, and done properly. We understand that to do this, clear and honest communication is essential. From the moment you contact us to the moment we complete the project, we will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best it can be.

Here's a breakdown of how we approach most foundation repair jobs:

Evaluation & Estimate

When you reach out to us initially, one of our representatives will schedule a free inspection and estimate. Our assigned evaluator will give you a courtesy call when they are on their way, with their estimated time of arrival. Once they arrive, they will greet you and discuss any concerns or questions you may have before they proceed with the inspection.

The evaluator will examine the exterior of the building and diagram the structure to scale using our specialized software. They will make detailed markings of all electrical, water, gas lines, and other fixed components and equipment on site. If they find any signs of foundational damage such as cracks and warped areas, they will record it in their notes and take photos. A careful investigation of the surroundings will aid them in noting possible causes of the issue.

Our qualified professional will gather all the information to create a comprehensive repair plan, which includes the scope of the work needed to successfully restore your foundation.

When we give you our detailed estimate, you will receive a copy of the diagram and its accompanying notes, documented pictures, and an itemized list of all the proposed work and its cost. We do our best to be honest and transparent with you when it comes to pricing and, upon your approval, we will move forward with executing our repair plan.

Repairing Your Foundation

This part of the process will vary depending on the method of foundation repair we decided on in the evaluation phase. Options include polyurethane foam injections or the pressed piling technique. With either method, holes are dug or drilled around the foundation. Polyfoam injection may require minimal drill work as our deep or surface foam injections will sufficiently stabilize the soil and prevent erosion. We drill holes that are only 3/8” and minimally invasive. Using our injection equipment, we will fill the drill holes with foam until they lift the foundation to the proper position and then patch the drilled holes with cement.

If we use the pressed piling method, we will place either steel or concrete piers in the ground using pressurized hydraulic equipment and repeat the process until the foundation is lifted and leveled to the correct position. Once the foundation is elevated, we will install steel shims to ensure the piling is securely in place.

Cleanup & Inspection

Once the foundation repair is successfully completed, our crew will perform a thorough cleanup of our worksite. All debris is removed, holes are patched, and a final inspection is conducted to ensure everything is well done. All our work comes with a lifetime transferable warranty, so if there are ever any issues in the future, we will revisit and reinforce our work, so it is to your complete satisfaction.
